Promotion Name and Company: The WMA Sweepstake (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion') is being conducted by Wealth Mastery Academy Sdn. Bhd., located at Kuala Lumpur, Taman Seputeh, Malaysia, 58000, No.19, Jalan Sungai Dua, Wealth Mastery Academy Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company').

Prize: Participants in the Promotion have a chance to win one Ipad.

Increased Winning Odds: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion by sharing it using the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.

Winner Selection: The winner of the Promotion will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system. The winner will be notified by e-mail no later than four weeks after the Promotion has ended. No other correspondence will be conducted regarding the result.

Winner Conduct: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.

Agreement to Terms: Participation in the Promotion implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company makes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.

Exclusions: Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved in the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

Prize Exchange: Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and is not transferable or exchangeable for money.

Costs of Participation: No additional communication costs will be charged for participation in the Promotion and no payment or purchase is required.

Taxes: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.

Right to Exclude Participants: The Company reserves the right, without providing any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if the Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.

Changes to Promotion: The Company has the right to prematurely terminate, interrupt, or modify the Promotion and/or the prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.

Data Accuracy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.

Receipt of Prizes and Rewards: Recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.

Void Provisions: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
